Buscamos profesionales motivados y con ganas de trabajar, en el área de Comunicaciones Unificadas/Telefonía IP.

 

 En estos momentos estamos realizando un proceso, para seleccionar varios Support-Engineer Level 2 en el área de Telefonía IP, para trabajar en Alemania (varios destinos). Sería incorporación directa, en la plantilla de uno de nuestros clientes mas importantes (multinacional que opera en 48 países, líder mundial en su sector).




IPT Onsite Support-Engineer (m/f) Level 2

 

In this exciting role you will mainly be at our customers location to operate and support the project team competently with your expertise.

 

This includes the operation and maintenance of Cisco IP telephony environment and the personal accountability troubleshooting and change management.


 

Main duties:

  • Responsible for operation and support of a Cisco IPT environment, this includes the monitoring of infrastructure, diagnosis, management and troubleshooting as well as participate in technical audits and projects
  • Processing of tickets, incident-, problem-, and change management and management of technical escalations
  • Infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting and independent technical review of incidents
  • Creating, updating and presenting of weekly and monthly reports and documentation
  • Liaising with partners to rectify and quickly implement customers queries
  • Participate in on-call duties



Your skills:

  • Successfully completed technical studies (eg, computer science, engineering, electrical engineering) or equivalent technical training
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a Cisco IPT support environment, IPT periphery-systems as well as in network-monitoring and support


  • At least a CCVP certification or equivalent and good knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing networks
  • Structured approach coupled with a very careful, accurate and result-orientated approach, especially in problem analysis and strong customer service orientation
  • Safety audit (Ü2) in a Cisco IPT support environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English


  • Desirable knowledge of German
